In a changing, dynamic and interactive environment, work teams must adapt to the new reality and therefore have to be prepared to achieve maximum effectiveness among team members. This infographic shows the characteristics of these teams and their conditions of effectiveness as well as the criteria for monitoring and evaluates the evolution of the group. Hass and Mortensen (2016) give us the guidelines to adapt to teamwork in the new model.
