Corporate Social Responsibility in sports organizations
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has become in recent years a key and cross-cutting factor that has a great impact on the management of sports organizations due to nature of the sector and the type of service it offers. Today, taking CSR into account when managing a sports organization is key to business success. In this itik genera, we introduce a theoretical reference framework to understand what is CSR, its main benefits and advantages and finally, the SGE21 standard is presented as an official tool for the implementation of ethical and socially responsible management.
