The municipal sports complexes Barcelona receive an average score of 6.28 out of 10.
This is the note obtained after Itik Consulting conduct a satisfaction survey to more than 70 sports centers in the province of Barcelona.
Apart from the overall assessment of the equipment, the survey asked score cleaning, sports monitoring, customer service, offering activities or the price of the equipment.
This project conducted for three consecutive years, has enabled many municipalities and sports facilities meet quickly and accurately the opinion of its users and see how operational management decisions affect this score.
Who can better define the quality of your service are the users themselves, and so you have to make them part of your continuous improvement.
