The INEFC already has its own digital communication plan, where the creation of a new corporate web adapted to current needs and communication flows arises.
The current web of INEFC presents an unattractive design for reading as well as different aspects to improve in terms of usability, readability and accessibility that is a key to good user interaction. Since the main users of the web are students and prospective students, the vast majority digital natives, improve these aspects is the clue to get a good digital reputation with an increasingly competition.
The Digital Communication Plan designed by Itik Consulting consists of 3 major blocks: analysis and diagnosis, communication plan development and implementation, management and control. The 4 action plans to develop the communication plan were targeted to website, social networks, web TV and personalized training. The methodology used was highly participatory, conducting in-depth interviews with those responsible for communication INEFC, group dynamics departments with information related to the web and collaborative work with the person responsible for communication of the organization.
With the plan a qualitative leap occurred in the communication of the organization, making its web, the revitalization of social networking and visibility of its competitive advantages were key aspects that have to respond to the reality of the INEFC and farsighted as a reference quality, excellence and modernity centre.
